  Great company to work with. This is the second time I have dealt with Fitch Specialties and both experiences were great. This time was a bit of an emergency since our water heater went out. Tim came out the very next day and installed a new tankless water heater. Service was fast, communication was great and the price was reasonable. He is an expert in his field for sure. I would definitely recommend this company!

  As an independent businessman for over 50 years I know how hard it is to succeed in today's market. Satisfying customers is Job 1 although there are a few like myself that require service above and beyond. That exemplifies the service I received from Fitch Specialties. Needing help with our gas fireplaces I found few resources for that "small" job. Fitch not only came in but stuck with the issues of getting repair parts in this supply chain crunch. In those 50+ years I learned that the companies that stick with a problem to conclusion are the companies I want to stick with. Thanks to the Fitch team.
