  The BEST customer service, the kindest most accommodating people answer the phone and do the billing and advise and perform maintenance and deliver fuel. Tony especially went above and beyond for us after someone inadvertently left a door open during the recent frigid stretch of double digits below zero while we were away. Our plow job was lousy, access to the fuel line hadn't been shoveled out, and our tank was very near empty. He deliver the oil and because the tank took so much, he insisted on waiting until, over the phone, we figured out the door code, so he could go inside and make sure the furnace was running properly. Just amazing people over there at Fitch Fuel. Just amazing service.

  Not sure how I feel about Fitch Fuel. Not satisfied so far. About a month ago (or so) they took 2 tanks from the front entrance of my house and ripped down some siding along with them. I tried to get them to help me put it back somehow, but they always said "we'll get in touch with the driver and get back to you" Well, they never did and I gave up trying. I now have an outside lawn table holding the siding up so no critters get in there. I live alone, so me fixing this myself is not and option. Then, about a week ago I ran out of fuel. They took the tanks that were there! They were part of the property when I bought it. The 2 tanks had no labels on them so they did not belong to any Fuel company, but they took them anyway even after i told them they were mine. The one good thing so far is they were able to replace my 2 empty tanks the next day. And I am pretty sure they were reasonably priced. Never bought them like that before. They will have to do right by me for a higher review. Right now not impressed.

  We recently bought an old home and the heating system was in need of some love, to put it kindly. I can’t explain how satisfied I am with Fitch Fuel’s service and craftsmanship. They took on a boiler change out project, including re-zoning/plumbing during the winter season, with grace and professionalism.
