  I had a water leak in my kitchen cabinet and called Fischer. They never showed up for the appointment the following week, and didn’t bother to call… Said sorry, a bigger job had come in and things had gotten confusing. I hired someone else to remove the cabinet and replace it. When I needed someone to repair the drywall under the sink, I called them again. They sent me an estimate, and said they would fit me in sometime in the following month. I took them at their word and waited. I called three times the next month and no one bothered to returned my calls. They are not reliable. This is not professional behavior… I would never call them again.

  Had a tech come out to investigate a slow drain. Got drain snake stuck which made my system unusable and left. They gave me a hefty quote to further investigate with no guarantees. I was told that I was lucky to not get charged the cost of the snake line that they broke. I ended up calling Fox Plumbing and they were real solution providers and my problem was fixed in half the cost of the investigation quote. I would suggest others do the same.

  Had Fischer plumbing out to look at a leak... The plumber was here for 15 mins, said we needed a replumb and someone would be in contact from the other division. Paid $250 for that visit and never heard from them again...
