  Let me first say that they service provided was wonderful! The technician that came out was friendly and efficient and did excellent work! My complaint comes in with price and the amount that was invoiced. When I scheduled the appointment, I described exactly what was needed (our kitchen sink was being replaced by another company and the plumbing just needed to be redone to go from a 2 bowl sink to a 1 bowl and the garbage disposal needed to be hooked back up). I was told over the phone that they bill hourly at a $135 rate. The technician got here assessed the plumbing under the sink for about 2 minutes and then started his work. He was done and gone in less than an hour. I was charged $135 for his trip here and then $135 for the work that he completed in less than an hour. I was not aware and it was not made clear that they would charge $135 flat rate just for him to drive to my house and spend 2 minutes looking at the plumbing and then would be charged an additional $135 for him to redo the plumbing in less than 1 hr. I understand charging a certain flat rate for an estimate to be provided as I have done this with other companies but it seems a bit excessive to charge the flat rate hourly fee as the estimate fee as well. I would have never anticipated that the assessment that took all of 2 minutes would cost the same as the work that was completed in less than an hour. Again, I am happy with the work and the employees that I spoke with were very nice, I am just disappointed at the price charged and that this was not made clear prior to the service being done.

  George did excellent work at our home. Very knowledgeable and work site was immaculate when he walked out. Advised us on how to get ahead of our shower control knob issue should it occur again. We will only call First Quality going forward and will request George.

  Had a new hot water heater installed in April of 2020. Realized in December of 2021 that the permit was still open and no final inspection had been done. This was realized during the title search done to sell our home and go to closing. So many clerical issues with this company. No responsibility on them to close the permit. No sense of urgency to help. Myra in the office inherited problems and did her best to explainand excuse the situation. Failed the final inspection and when I called them to get repairs done the supervisor had left for the day (4pm) and nobody could be reached to expedite service until in the morning. This is a prime example of a company that does the bare minimum and then is nowhere to be found when issues arise. Would not recommend.
