    Robert came out to repair my Rheem hot water heater. They replaced a warrantied part that was defective very quickly and professionally. Keith the owner also stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I brought up an issue with my water softener and Keith diagnosed the issue and gave me some recommendations. Thank you for the great experience!

    Thanks LA McClure. We are glad we got you taken care of quickly. Our goal is fixing the plumbing problem. But the customer needs to be communicated with prior to repairs. This makes the customer feel more involved and we educated the customer on things to watch for in the future.

    ZERO stars if I did not have to provide a rating to post this. I had a hot water circulator that broke (for a second time within a few months of the first repair) and First choice was contracted through my home warranty both times. Keith came out in August 2021 and said he had to order parts and they were on back order. I never heard back from Keith after reaching out for a status. I can't get the $100 service fee refunded through my home warranty since that is payment for the initial trip. I am out $100 and the water circulator is still broken. Very poor experience with no one replying back to me after multiple inquiries. This is not the way to run a business. (Notice I am writing February 2022 so i have given this months to be resolved!)

    We do appreciate your honest response. We just wish you had all the fact and provide all those details. You did have a home warranty and you did pay your required deductible to the home warranty. We never received payment from you or billed the warranty company We did schedule an appointment to come and evaluate your recirculating pump that did fail and had already been replaced by the home warranty once. Sadly the home warranty only provides a warranty for thirty days. After that, if any warranty is available it falls on the manufacture of product. We did have to reschedule that appointment because you had to cancel the appointment that was already set. Your reason was emergency to take animals to the vet. We did finally coordinate and meet at your home to evaluate and confirm the issue with the pump. We checked on availability of pump and informed you that it was on back order. This has been a problem for over a year with all products. We did have a contract with your with a warranty company, but just because we have a contract does not mean we are required to perform work. We are just a preferred contractor for the warranty company. We have cancelled all warranty company work, because of the issues we have had with the lack of communication with them and their customers. You happen to be their customer not ours. What that means is, we never charged you or billed you. We did again come and evaluate the problem, we did tell the warranty company the issue, and we also told them the product needed to be ordered. They failed to communicate with you and update you. As far as your required deductible and being unable to get a refund is probably true. They would be more than willing to provide another preferred contractor to come and help. We just are no longer on the list to be that contractor. If they do not have a preferred contractor they will allow you to call one of your choice. We apologize for your inconvenience and hope that this helps you get the problem resolved.
