  Even in an emergency, I've always been hesitant to call a stranger as a plumber. The plumbers arrived on time, were courteous, and quickly fixed the blocked toilet.   We phoned him concerning our boiler, and he came out right quickly to provide us advice and assistance. The crew arrived the next day to install our new boiler.
