  They wouldn't come out for estimate, said a cost without looking at it, said if the come out they are doing work, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

  Bob, We do multiple free estimates every day, unfortunately with plumbing there are a lot of different emergency scenarios that can happen at any given time. Some days we get overwhelmed with people that have emergency calls like flooding, burst waterlines or sewage actively flooding thier home. When days like that happen then the free estimates have to get moved to a different day or to the bottom of the list. The day that your estimate was set up this is what was happening. We always do our absolute best to get to every call that we have set up for the day and 99% of the time we do and we work until every call for the day is finished, but sometimes it just doesn't work out like that. This is why we gave you a rough estimate over the phone that day, we had multiple customers this day with situations causing serious damage to their home. We apologize that we were unable to physically make it to your home for a free estimate that day, but we would do the same for you if you were in a dire situation with water damaging your home. We truly apologize for not making the appointment for your free estimate.

  Extremely disrespectful and overly priced. It really felt like he was talking down to me because I'm a woman. I called a different plumber who had it done in 20 minutes for half the price. Would not recommend.

Our customers are always #1 and are given nothing but the highest amount of respect. If you look across all of the major internet sites you will see that our record indicates that. We have a 5 star rating on Google, a 5 star rating with the BBB and an A+ rating.
