  Had them come over for an estimate to replace a tub. Started calling them a month later to find out when they were going to start and they never returned the calls. A month after that, someone actually answered the phone and said they would look into it. Several weeks later, STILL nothing. If you're going to make an agreement to do a job, at least let the customer know a starting date instead of letting them sit around knowing nothing!

  My mom was in a tough situation, there was a gas leak that had to be found in the house or outside. So the gas company shut of the gas to her non electric house. So she was without heat amd hot water for nearly a month before Finnies were able to squeeze us into their already busy schedule. After hearing my mom was with working gas for about a month their timing was impeccable. Great manners and very professional. God bless them and their business I'm grateful.
