  Findlay Plumbing was courteous and professional, responded immediately and Joe is a true Master Plumber. Joe Findlay did it right the first time and at a fair price. Highly recommend him.

  This business was contracted by my Home Insurance, which claims they will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment. 3 days elapsed and I had not heard from anyone. I called multiple times and couldn’t leave a voicemail. I received an unexpected phone call the week after and I was directly asked if I had a sewer line issue. This person failed to identify themselves. I said yes, but asked them to state who they were. They said Joe and asked me if I wanted to set up an appointment, he gave me his availability and didn’t ask for mine. I asked why I hadn’t been contacted within the 24 hour time frame and he stated “I don’t have time, I called today and he claimed that he was available in next 2-3 hours” which impossible to meet given that no one simply walks out of work for a plumbing appointment without a weeks notice to their job. At this point he told me that if I didn’t want their service I could call my Home Insurance and cancel the service request. His tone and general way of speaking is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I could never see myself letting anyone with this type personality enter my home. I’ve read more than enough comments further verify that this is an absolutely atrocious business. The five star ratings must come from friends or family because they are definitely inaccurate and delusional.

  Very impolite and condescending. To top it, completely mediocre and incompetent. One example...they were supposed to fix a leaky drain by replacing broken pipe. Instead, they sprayed it with flex a seal which does nothing for that.
