  Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.

  The plumber who did our bath remodel was the worst. He did not respond to messages/calls when our new toilet did not work. When he finally came back to finish the job, he said the manufacturer was at fault and we should contact the store where we bought it. Long story short, we had a new toilet that did not flush properly. He demanded payment, and threatened me with putting a lien on my house when I didn't want to pay him before he fixed it. He screamed at me outside of my home. I went ahead and paid him, although him threatening me was beyond belief. I WOULDN'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY AROUND. THIS MAN HAS A ANGER PROBLEM. He came back the next day and fixed it after buying a part, but this was a horrible thing to have to go through.

  If I could give a zero star rating I would. This was one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked with. Had a window of 8 - 10 AM scheduled for service on a rental property that did not have heat. Called Kim the operator @ 9:45 wondering why I hadn't heard from anyone. She was very nice and I assume tried her best to get it taken care of. I was told the technician was behind schedule and would call when on his way. 4:45 came and I called again, spoke to Kim again and was told the order had been received by the technician but no one communicated to me the entire day and work was not performed. I had moved schedules on the day of service so I could be available and now have to find another company to perform the work. There is no way that being in an 8 - 10 AM window for service would not get performed unless someone did not check in to work or just plain didn't do their job. I will never use this company again for work and will be sure to make sure no one that I know uses them either.
