  Our sales rep Gabe, was punctual, knowledgeable and personable. We knew what Fidelis represented immediately based off his professionalism. We weren’t too excited about the price tag on the water softener upon first glance, but you get what you pay for, and you don’t want to sacrifice on quality when it comes to clean water here in San Antonio. Pair that with a lifetime warranty, and we were left feeling pretty confident in our decision, as long as repairs and maintenance fees are low/non-existent. Looking forward to being worry free about our water!

  Sales rep Gabe was great, knowledge, offered a great deal with many perks. Made the decision easy and a no brainer. Great product. Easy to work with. Issac and Robert installed home water filter system. Professional, clean, took care with home and kitchen areas. Knowledgeable and explain system workings and care for instructions. A+++
