Wow. On Christmas Eve Ferrellgas attempted a delivery but found that I had a small leak. I told them they could take the tank and not worry about replacing it since it was not being used as my main source of heat. Around 5pm on Christmas Eve, Derrik the Manager showed up at my home with a new tank with some propane in it. The ground was muddy, slippery and just a mess but that didn't bother Derrik. He had a smile on his face the whole time. He was so pleasant to my husband and I. After all that, he offered to come into the house and light my pilot. I told him he should go home and be with his family and he told me that he still needed to go shopping but that my tank was more important. He came into my home, took his shoes off outside, and lit my pilot. I can't say enough about Derrik and the service that this team provided to me. I wouldn't work with anyone but Ferrellgas - they're the best!

I contacted Ferrell gas for a new hook up for a camper and generator. Ladies on the phone we’re very nice and helpful.The scheduled appointment went very smooth as the service man Allan showed up in a timely fashion, set the new tank and did all the plumbing and testing of system. Very pleasant man to talk to and showed his expertise in his job. I would recommend Ferrell gas company any day.

unresponsive to business customer issues. keep running out of gas. manager will not return phone calls or emails. 3 years later, problem has come back every year. Replacing them with another provider.
