  He answered right away and went to help when I told him it was an urgent matter. When he told me Ohio Edison needed called he followed up to ensure our needs were met. He was very nice and professional. I'll use Ferrara Electric again.

  Called will promise you and rental and then leave you hanging for months. Even and then turn around and rent to someone else without saying anything. Doesn’t return phone calls. Completely unprofessional.

  Had my main braker replaced. Didnt know what was the problem but was told in 2 minutes after he arrived. Braker was replaced next day only took 5 mins. Very affordable and reliable. No problems since then
