  Disappointing service and attention to detail. Instead of addressing a recurring issue with what should have been a simple order, they punted after months of poor communication and follow-through. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

  We are a couple who are building a new house in Sunriver . We've gotten exemplary help and service from the staff at Ferguson's Eugene, Oregon showroom in choosing all of our plumbing fixtures. Our builder had pointed us to a couple suppliers in Bend, Oregon, but they were terrible and had limited fixtures on display. They just wanted us to pick the most expensive stuff they were pushing and were no help at all in finding the right "value point." The Ferguson staff were exactly the opposite. Patient, knowledgeable and no pressure at all. I compared the prices they offered our contractor, and they were essentially the same as the best prices I could find on the Internet.
