The counter staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help us diyers get the right parts for our projects. All of the parts are neatly laid out on the shelves. Always clean. I feel fortunate to have a branch of the largest plumbing, mechanical parts supplier in the US 20 miles away.
