Great service. I called them at 11:30 a.m. and they found the part I needed within a couple of minutes. I was able to go pick it up before they closed at noon and made the repair within an hour. Ferguson saved me time and money and you can't beat that.

The guys at Ferguson were amazing! They were going above and beyond to get me the part I needed.  Turns out, I'm an idiot and just needed to take a part from my old faucet for the new part.  But they explained what I needed to do and were excellent about it! 10/10 will return for my plumbing parts needs.

This is a great place to find faucets in stainless and oil rub bronze. They usually have tankless Navien and can get other manufacturers. I give them credit for carrying a lot of parts that other supply houses do not. The problem I have with them is that it seems like they always have someone new working behind the counter and is not very knowledgeable on plumbing parts or their system. I've been told numerous times they had something in stock and when I get there it's not what I needed or they just don't have it and waste my time. I've spoken with management about it and they assure me they're trying to do something about it. But after over a year and nothing has changed I seem to have lost my faith in them ever getting it all together. I avoid them as much as possible and only go to them when I need that faucet that I can't get at the other supply houses. For this location to be the main branch they seem to be out of a lot of stuff most of the time. Due to all of these reasons I spend probably $100,000 at other supply houses due to other supply houses  being more dependable. I gave them 2 stars because they do have nice Faucets in stock most of the time where the other guy's don't stock all those faucets.

I maintain the plumbing in my household and appreciate the great service at Ferguson. Their main business is for professional plumbers. I go there when I need some special part that can't be found at the big box lumber yards. I generally get valuable advice at Fergusons.
