I tried to order a part from my local store, The Dalles, but the number goes to a call center where the person was in Eugene but said he could get ordered what I need and shipped to me. I had to call this person each time I sent him an email to follow up because I would email as requested and not have a response. The part was never ordered AND when I called to insist on being transferred to The Dalles store, the customer service person said they weren't answering. I let the customer service person know that I was just going to use Home Depot, she didn't seem to care either. I try to support local for sure and have purchased from The Dalles store in the past but this was a frustrating and time wasting FAIL on Ferguson's part. Google won't let me leave 0 stars.

I have some very rare plumbing in my home. Nobody in town (Home Depot, Sawyer's True Value, & DevCo), plus 3 plumbing supply stores in Portland could find the right stuff or at least something I could adapt to fit. After spending $50+ at other stores for things that didn't work when I got home, Bryce fixed my problem and it only cost me $4. Ferguson's will be my first stop shopping for all my household needs from now forward.

Ordered a new sewer snake from them .The box was open it was new .I waited a year before I installed it on my rigid .20 feet from the end it was kinked ..this was never out of the box.I see now why it was open.$250. And O nothing we can do about it.I should of smelled a rat when it took 2 and a half weeks to get in.They are reselling broken returns..Inspect what you buy from them.They get one star because I can't give them less.I was so disappointed in them go anywhere else.
