Awesome customer service! Just the perfect place. No paging for customer service, the guy jumped over the counter to come help. Assured me if the brand I was buying. I'm happy with my hot water heater and I have been recommending them to friends and family.

Did not have the water supply line I was looking for. Even though they are a plumbing supply store, Home Depot has more to offer. Wasted trip, people weren't friendly or helpful. Disappointed to say the least.
