I went here looking for parts to a tower garden modification. Staff were extremely helpful and full of advice and suggestions even though they didn't carry what I needed. I would recommend this place for sure.

I have been shopping for a bathtub and had other friends refer me to Ferguson's.  I was fortunate to connect with  their client services department which was so super helpful.  Michelle was knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and was so able to ensure i had all the information I needed.  She went way out of her way to ensure that all my questions were answered.  Tim also was so responsive, cared so much about all of my concerns and questions and took so much time to help me walk through all of my options in a very systematic and comprehensive way.  Ferguson's is so lucky to have such great staff and we, as customers, are very lucky to have them as our 'guides' in this process.

I had been buy from ferguson since indiana plumbing got bought out. I was out of my location, I need fews ABS fitting part for job. I drove by home depot, since I have account with ferguson. maybe the they treated me better with pricing. I check out $175.50 wow for just that items, I paid when I come to my truck looking at the invoice $39.50 for 3"x3"x2"street ABS wye. I called the branch no help. The only thing come thru my mind was maybe they don't like the way I look or my origin. I am talking about this branch. Hirsch pipe got it for $28.45.
