Awesome customer service!! Rhen was such a huge help. Not only once but twice in the same day. We went in the 2nd time to get more parts and found out the old one we brought in wasn't up to code. He saved us a huge headache with his specialized knowledge. We appreciate Rhen and Ferguson!! Today would not have been successful without them.

They e late extremely helpful. I'm a novice DIY guy who needs a little help just identifying the parts I need. These guys proved amenable to walking me through what I needed. They do seem to have every plumbing part known to mankind so it is superior to the big box stores.
