  Just wanted to say that Celena went above and beyond to help me get a part for kitchen sink faucet. I live back east and was here for holidays and was helping my daughter and Celena was just so pleasant and professional and patient. She really was very helpful, really good employee.   Ferguson of Boulder, CO referred a plumber who turned out to not be a licensed plumber who just doing basic maintenance on my baseboard heating system damaged it. I had to bring it APR Plumbing to repair the damaged cause by Ferguson's referral.

  Awesome service! I bought a faucet set online that was broken and they helped me source the right part and explain how to install it myself. In the future, I will definitely go them first, before buying anything online. They can order the same thing (even designer fixtures), but they will also follow-up with manufacturers directly with any issues and can get things resolved quicker.
