Staff is friendly and helpful. Whitney Quarles especially as she spent time with my husband and I setting up a "My Projects" file that we could use to help us choose new kitchen lighting. When I had difficulty accessing it at home, she walked me through it and got me where I needed to be.

Their staff was very helpful.And gave us great one on one ""Personal Attention"".We ordered an pedestal sink and we received it 2 days later. And arrived ""undamaged"" And unlike their competion Lowes,where we purchased a similar item weeks before and had to wait weeks for it to be shipped and it arrived damaged and unusable and that we had so much difficulty with the day we were picking up other items that were ordered and paid for, to be used for the renovation of 2 of our bathrooms. I recommend Ferguson Bath.
