They had the valve stem that I needed. I didn't know what brand it was because after 30 years of plumbing I had never ran in to that type!

Every time I go in I stand waiting for 20 minutes as employees sit and look at me from inside their office. the one desk guy actually helping customers is scrambling as the line gets longer. then when it's my turn."OH SORRY WE DONT HAVE THAT INSTOCK"
