  We had to have plumbers come out several times in the last couple months. First our water heater began turning all our hot water rust colored so we had to have that replaced, then husbands toilet began leaking. Rich helped us with these two jobs and always arrived across as knowledgeable, courteous and professional. At least now, when all these little problems come up, I’ll know who I can rely on. Never thought I would need a go-to plumber, but I guess that’s the life of a homeowner.

  Hi Tristan, let me tell you how much I love my new fireplace.I’m never leaving the house. Love it. Ronnie and Donny were so professional and answered all of my questions. I asked them more than once if my building was gonna blow up and if I had to grab all of my memorabilia in a hot second and they never flinched. Assured me the unit is as safe as our furnace. Those young men were so polite, neat and clean. They covered surface with throws. Thank you for my beautiful new insert. Sonya Donovan

  Kurt was out yesterday to repair our toilet. Then wife reports no hot water again. Pilot light kept going out. Called today and Kurt came on time. Gave me a couple choices I went for the new one. 3rd time using them
