  Farrell Plumbing responded within hour of my call. They were knowledgeable on finding fridge water leak, gave me options on the line types before replacing. Air Conditioning side was also quick to respond, fixed issue in 1 visit. Personnel are great to talk to, we felt safe letting the techs into the home.   Farrell Plumbing was very easy to work with, they scheduled my repairs around our schedule, arrived on time and prepared to complete the repairs. They maintained a professional appearance, and attitude the whole time they were here. They were polite when they interacted with our residents, and staff. They kept me informed as the repairs progressed, and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. I will continue to use them when the need arises. Great job!   Quite impressed with the level of service and process overall. Fair price for same day service. Booked online at 630am. Get a call around 8 to confirm. Leak on rental property fixed by mid afternoon. Dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Tech was very polite and fixed issue promptly. Will be my new go to plumber
