  We would never do business with this company ever again. We built a “Handicap” bathroom. My wife is disabled and it was a cluster from the beginning. It took seven months and every time something was wrong the blame game started. If you own a business act like one.

  We were doing a condo bathroom renovation and generally knew what we were after but still, there were so many options. Ashley was incredibly helpful in saving us time to sort thru the many options and she was very knowledgeable regarding the many lines and product options with each. When one item didn't work out, she was again excellent in her customer service to find a replacement product which ended up being exactly what we needed! I cannot say enough good things about this FW Webb/Ashley and the service we got. Bag the box store and go here for quality at a reasonable price, knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service.
