  I apologize that you were unable to get in contact with our office. Based on the date of this review, you were contacting us in the holiday season, during which, our employees were off to spend with their family's. I am so sorry we missed you and would be happy to help you with anything you need. Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm.
