  Exorbitantly expensive!! Although the technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, the service for 15 minutes of work to change out 2 leads to a washing machine was almost $300.00! The business was advertised online as being located in Purcellville but indeed is located in Leesburg. This wouldn’t matter except that they charge a very high rate for travel time. Furthermore the second technician for whom I was charged labor costs, clearly knew very little and was in training. Beware that deep pockets are a must if you use this company!

  We have been using F&L for years for our plumbing needs and they are absolutely wonderful. Whenever we have called them for help they have always come the same day within hours of us having called. They are polite, professional and caring. Most recently this year on December 30, we had a problem and did not have water. As busy as they were they made time to come out and fix the problem the same day, for which my dad and I were very grateful. Many thanks to F&L, you guys are great.

  Great company. 20 years ago F an L plumbed our house near Round Hill and we have used them ever since whenever we had a problem. In 2006 they also plumbed a new studio for us and helped us remedy a problem with our hot water system.
