  We asked them to run a camera in our pipe line , instead they added extra time and labor by digging up the property then running a camera and eventually found no issues!! They racked up a bill for $1,285 which should have been less then $300. Don't recommend this company for anything.

  Wow I wish I would've read the reviews before I hired these guys! Over a week wait time for a plumber come out for an appointment. They don't tell you that when you call and book with them! Overcharged from what was quoted over the phone for a water heater install and they left the job half done. I called Diamond C Plumbing to finish it and was very happy with them. Do yourself a favor and find another plumber!

  I’m not sure if we were put on the back burner because of our home warranty, but three days and no one ever showed up, no courtesy call, nothing. When I did call, I was told that our address was still on the board, with no explanation as to what the hold up was or even a time frame as to when we could expect service. Granted our problem isn’t an emergency, but I assumed that we would’ve had some kind of service and/or call. Pretty disappointed in this company seeing as they have the most and best reviews out of this area.
