  Not sure about their electrical or plumbing work but I do know that their trucks drive around without using their turn signals. Turn signals are the only way for cars to communicate so that we can all safely share the roads. Each time one makes A turn or merges lanes, indicators must be used – it is not only courteous, it is the law. I would not trust someone to work on my electric or plumbing who is that careless and other areas of life when it is so easy to use a turn signal. I live in Oxford and when I do need plumbing or electrical I will not be using this company.

  Had a plumbing emergency. I called at 7am and was surprised that the phone was answered and she told me she could have the plumber at my house at 930 that day. And at 930 he was at my door! Excellent customer service, actually the best customer service I have experienced since moving to the Lake Orion/Oxford area in the late 90s. Very professional plumbers. My issue was quickly repaired. Costs were reasonable.

  As a mother of a fairly new driver... we were at the intersection if m24 & burdick making a left during rush hour traffic when the van behind use started beeping there horn for us to turn we didn't have the green but yellow... she was just making sure all was clear. As we proceed north on 24 they came up next to us it was Express plumbing of oxford . They leaned over looking at us and laughing.. I process to show the my hand!!!! If you act in that manner I really don't think I would have them in my home!!!! To many other reputable company's out there that carry there respect on and off the job!!!! Also spoke with owner that didn't seem to concerted.
