  My met with a representative from 24hr plumbing recently because I was having water pressure issues in my home. The reps name was, Jeff. What I appreciated most about the service I received was this: Jeff listened to everything I had to say with focus and without interruption. This made me feel respected, heard, and valued. Jeff later went over possible solutions to my problem including the pros and cons. Jeff sounded knowledgeable and was able to break down plumbing terminology so I could better understand and make the best decision for my home. Based on this experience, I have decided to allow 24hr plumbing to help solve my plumbing issues. -West Richland Resident

  3 year old hybrid water heater. Just wanted to see if everything was working well. First indicator was the appointment scheduling. Couldn’t/wouldn’t give a basic price for service. ‘The technician will quote you once he arrives.’ Only drained the water heater and left the sediment on the street in front of my driveway. $200.00 to do that. Left a message for the manager to call me and still waiting for that call and it’s been 5 days…not holding my breath. Would not use again. I am revising my original comments and rating after receiving a very nice call from the manager. He relayed there were some opportunities for improvement and lack of communication on the part of the technician who serviced my water heater, so overall I walked away happy and satisfied.

  I am very pleased with the experience here Jake the plumber arrived first he was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly even showed me what he was going to do if I had questions I woke up Sunday morning to have a zero water pressure from my shower Jake and his partner came to save the day for me I am pleased to report and freshly showered feeling like a brand new man thank you Jake and 24 hour Express plumbing you guys are awesome I highly recommend if you’re looking for a plumber that really cares about his people give them a call
