  I called Expert Plumbing to install an exterior water filtration system for my home. I had some questions about water filtration, in general, and they took the time to call their water filtration expert who walked me through the confusing world of water filtration and helped me make an informed decision about the use of the system I had already purchased while obtaining for me an additional system to further filter sediment. I was very impressed and thankful for their willingness to take the time in helping me make the best decision for water filtration in my home. They were professional, they did excellent work, and they were very patient with me in helping me make the best decision so that I would be 100% confident and satisfied with the work when it was complete.   We've had Expert Plumbing to our house over the last couple of years to perform multiple services, from installing new fixtures, repairing broken lines, etc. Our house was old and had some strange and suspect plumbing issues when we purchased it. Every time they are on time, helpful, up front on pricing and do a great job. One of if not the best service experience of any type in the area.

  Shower faucet threads were worn and would not allow us to turn the shower on or off. Technician explained what the diagnostic showed and and installed a new shower piece. I'm very happy with the job. I did send an email questioning an additional $99 fee, With my initial call, the rep took my credit card number for $99. I've placed a call to make sure I was not double billed. Awaiting callback
