  FIRST THINGS FIRST!! I am a "stickler" for customer service and these guys and gals EXCEEDED my expectations. Gonna keep it short, but from the first time I contacted Excel which was about a year and a half ago to todays experience with the installation of my new unit, all has been 100% PERFECT!! Everyone answered all of my questions, (some were loaded questions, lol) and everything was handled in a very professional manner. EXACTLY the service that I wanted and expected, which is VERY VERY rare to get these days.

  Teresa and Frank are beyond amazing. The customer service that they have is beyond my expectations. We have been dealing with an issue since September. Frank took the time to make sure we were comfortable until our new unit came in. Super humble and nice man. Also, Teresa is everything. I love everything about her. I won’t let anyone else but them come out from now. Top of the line!!!!!!

  It's been a year since the hurricane and flood. I've tried all the local "big" named businesses, to get my system repaired. I wanted to have complete duct work replacement. I got estimates and after the other businesses found it wasn't an insurance claim, I never heard from them again. From the time I contacted Excel, I got courteous, professional service. The staff and the craftsmen were friendly and courteous from start to finish. They went above and beyond my expectations. They did the project in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the costs! I was prepared to pay more. I LOVE YOU EXCEL!!!!
