  Our pump went out and I called them for service with no water. He looked at my pump for about 2 minutes told me he could fix for $3500 and couldn’t guarantee water. Something told me to stay clear of this company after I read the reviews but we were desperate. I followed my intuition and told him I’d call him we had another person coming out. He charged me $100 for nothing. Once he left a very reputable company came told me the problem, fixed it so we’d have water for now, and charged $150. I asked the company who fixed my water about this company and he explained what I already had gathered after smelling alcohol on him. I’m not going to get into the hearsay but $3500 was double what the reputable company is charging and guarantees water when the part comes in.

  I wish I would have researched how to clean a well and read the reviews before hiring this company to clean my well. First, they came a half hour late and then they simply poured bleach in the well, and turned on the hose. That was it. For that simple 15 minute service, they charged $300. Save yourself time and money, don't hire them instead follow well cleaning instructions on the internet.

  The most knowledgeable and honest plumbing company I've ever dealt with in my life. They are not always the cheapest option, but that's because it's NOT a half-ass company. The prices for the service being so good and complete, are the the lowest cost of quality work! Big difference. Also, they are members of the board, have many certificatations, and in full compliance including in acceptable prices. I always trust them to service my rental houses and my own home!!
