  Had an issue with one of my three sump pumps. The appointment was made with a two hour arrival window. I received a call from Josh that they were 45 minutes away. He and Chandler arrived on time , quickly diagnosed the problem and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Josh explained everything and he and Chandler ran the pump several time so show me it was operating properly.

  I called Everdry after paying someone else to get rid of the mold and standing water in my crawl space. They did an okay job with the mold (I think) but the thousands I gave them to do a ditch and redirect the water didn't work because the water was coming up from the ground. So I called Everdry, and believe me I didn't want to pay $15,000 but I had no choice. Well I feel they did a great job, sent a professional team, they dug around the outside of the crawl space, and applied waterproofing to the exterior and interior too I believe. In the crawl space they added an EasyBreathe venting / air cleaning machine, and a sump pump, dug a ditch around the inside of the crawl space, to direct the water to the pump, and covered all with waterproof barrier cloth. They also put a dye into the drain to make sure the sump pump was going to direct the water underground to the hillside where drain came out. That was in November 2019. I kept procrastinating on my review, but they deserve a great one. Their Customer Service is excellent, and I noticed the same people work there -- which says something about the work place -- and give me personal service. I pay a small annual fee, but anytime Ive needed them, they've sent some ASAP. I should add working in my crawl space was no fun, but their work team was very professional and polite, and listened to me. If I have one fault it's that my stone path got a bit ruined in the dig up, but the day they worked became very rainy, and they did try and their best, but it had turned dark. Now I never asked them to fix it, didn't feel I should , but I bet they'd have tried. So I'd certainly recommend Everdry to any friend. Thanks Everdry! Sorry this was so late.

  Update on update: after further investigation turns out the place leaking in from the work they did is because the trench in the corner was never connected to the trench that leads to the sub pump. So basically a pit was built to collect water and have no place to go. So the water is pushing the new cement that they place over the trench and leaking into my basement. Made a call today on 2/23/22, will be very surprised if they return my call. Update: Had the work done in August of 2021, not even a year later, and my “dry basement” has now flooded twice. The first time I called only to be told it was my fault the pipe that emptied the sub pump water must have frozen. After investigating then pop was not frozen and showed no sign of freezing. Told them this, was told I would get a call back. Didn’t get the call until the next day. Plans to have someone come look at it in a week. Well now it’s rained again and it’s flooding again temperatures far above freezing. I did not spend $1800 to have to worry about my basement flooding every time it rained. I paid it to not have to worry about it and have my dry basement again. The Everydry team was a pleasure to work with and very professional. The Foreman kept me informed and all work. They were polite and professional. The work looks great so far.
