  So I was told between noon and 1:00 that this plumber was going to show up. He calls me at 11:35 and says he's there I told him my person wasn't even going to be there until noon. Very snooty he tells me "well I won't be there at that time" I said' well you told me between noon and one. He said nope it was 10:00 and 1. So I said "Whatever Dude" He than told me to F... Off than he hung up on me and has not answered any phone call or returned any messages. I left a message stating he could come back and finish the job, if not I would leave a review. I would say this person is probably the worst customer service person I've ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend using him. I was told to F... off and hung up on. I had multiple attempts to contact him with two different phones with no response. The phone was automatically hung up. Take it as what you want but my experience is that this person and business is a real piece of work.

  Out of all the people i have had to come and checky plumbing and leaking of water this company is 🔥🔥💯... They talked with me thru the whole process and really dug into the situation to where they explained to me what they found what they removed and it's been a good while since I haven't had any problems... Thnx Alex

  Alex was awesome. We called on an emergency basis and he was very accommodating he was at our residence within an half an hour from the moment we got off the phone. He explained what he was doing and the price of what it would cost for what he was doing. He got the job done right away. We are very pleased with the services provided and will be using Evans rooter services again and will be recommending them to family and friends.
