  We had a small plumbing emergency today as my husband was fixing the faucet in our dripping shower. When he went to take the part out that needed to be replaced, the part broke in half and he was concerned because he couldn't get the rest of it out and didn't want to break one of the pipes. I called Evans and the gentleman who answered told me all of his technicians were out on repairs, but he felt confident he could get someone out to my house as soon as one of them finished up a job as it was later in the afternoon when I called. Within an hour I received a call from Ryan that he was on his way to our house. He was able to dislodge the broken and stuck portion of the inside of the faucet, and replaced it with the part we had purchased. The price for his labor was very reasonable and fair. We definitely will contact them when we want to schedule the furnace cleaning and plumbing work that we have been planning for. Thank you Evans plumbing and heating for fast response, quality work, and friendly service! We look forward to working with you again soon.

  I had a plumbing emergency and the new owner, Austin, was able to make it to my house less than 30 minutes after I called. He resolved my problem quickly and was very courteous. My family and I have been using Evans for years so it's good to see the new owners are carrying on the tradition of great service at fair prices.

  Absolutely amazing. We had a ball value go bad at our main shutoff. While doing a common household faucet replacement, I turned the value back on and it started to leak like a dam release. I called and they where here within 20 minutes. Ryan was phenomenal. Can't recommend enough.
