I contacted Eternity Plumbing to come look at a potential gas leak in my new home. Washington Gas had told me I was crazy, and there wasn’t any leak. Gerald found the leak in just a few minutes, and quickly fixed the issue.  On top of that, he was a very sweet and caring man. We had a great conversation as he was working on my gas lines. My wife and I can rest easy knowing that Gerald did a job well done, and that he’s only 10 min from my house if/when I need him again. 100% would recommend.

I highly recommend this company.  I had a kitchen sink  issue and Mr. Gerald came out today, 4th of July and fixed it without hesitation.  And after conversation I found out he also does renovations.  Already set up an appointment to discuss what I would like done . I contacted them about a possible project for my girlfriend new home.  I explained the project details and forward him to talk with her to arrange for a time to come by and survey the area. While talking to me he seemed both helpful and willing to here out the project and see if we could work together on this renovation.  When he spoke to her to arrange a day and time, she inquired if there was a charge or if it was a free estimate.  His attitude both shifted and his concern changed. His concern was now less about the work and more with if there were other plumbing agencies being considered. 🤔 not sure if it was because he was now talking to a woman but I mentioned I had been calling around looking for a plumbing agency for her. So definitely not the only possible plumber.  But after not having a guarentee to hire him before even knowing if he could do the work, he was no longer interested in helping her. He explained that having to drive to her home cost gas and he wouldn't want to waste his time without knowing she will only be working with him....👀👀👀. Beware,  this guy he isn't very professional.

Mr. Brown was prompt, courteous and a absolutely professional. Within minutes of his arrival , not only had he identified the problem, but he had also resolved the issue. And as a bonus he is a man of God! I couldn’t have prayed for a better outcome. I definitely recommend Eternity Plumbing.

Mr. Brown was awesome.  WSSC stated that I had a gas leak, he came in diagnosed the problem, what I thought was a big issue was actually not that big of a problem and he was honest about it.  Some technicians would have charged me an arm and a leg. Three words, efficient, affordable and HONEST.
