  Waisted our time. Had us dig to our septic tank lid, then came to our home, but would not pump our tank. He claimed "we had not dug enough to get the lid off." We even had a family member be here to help him remove the lid. Called another company, they came out and had no problem removing lid or pumping the tank. No additional digging was needed. Even though he did not pump our tank, he had a very quick response time.
