  Eight years ago we purchased a furnace and a/c unit from Essig. We are the second owners of our house built in 1985. The furnace we replace had been installed when the house was built. So it had lasted almost 30 years. Within the last two years we have had the a/c repaired and most recently, about 2/1, we had a part malfunction in the furnace which repaired replacement. When we complained about it being relatively new but breaking down, the repairman lamely stated that things weren’t made like they used to be! Today, 2/17, the furnace was leaking gas. Turns out the Essig guy didn’t tighten the pipes back up properly!! Really! Very disappointed I their product and service.

  I had some minor plumbing work done by Essing. I feel I was seriously over charged. This is what I had done: new toilet supply line, plus a new valve. A new flapper., and a new shower head. I was billed $790 for this work. Like I said, I was seriously over charged .

  Josh did a great job on both his visits! He was very professional and explained everything to us so we could make the best decision on what services we would like done. We look forward to working with Jim again!
