  We've used Travis at our home for several different repairs and today used him to replace a gas valve. He's excellent, and I'm always glad when he's the technician because I trust him. He's also done incredible work for my place of business (which is how we called Esser for repairs at home). Excellent work, and we'll keep doing business with Esser and hope we have the good fortune to continue working with Travis.

  I’ve used Esser for several different jobs at my house and my parents.I highly recommend them. They are always quick to respond, honest, good quality and affordable. They stick to there estimate ensure the work is done correctly and follow up as promised! Tom and Harley replaced the gas lines, went above and beyond to come back when the gas company came back to turn the gas on in the evening to make sure all was good!

  Travis the service technician arrived during the stated window and installed the combination 2 sumps with a battery backup easily within the 2 hour window that he thought it might take for installation. He did a great job, was highly professional and cleaned up well when done. I absolutely recommend Ray Esser and Sons for any plumbing job. I will definitely use them again when needed.
