  Fred gave me the date for work to be done. When he didn’t arrive I called. After having the appointment schedule 2 weeks prior, he told me he would never schedule a Monday or Friday for that type of work. We had discussed my work schedule and since he will only do that type work first thing in the morning we agreed to Monday my day off. I was very appreciative he did that BUT now he says he never agreed. I live in a Condo complex so this not only impacted me but my building because they were told water would be shut off for 2 hours. Very disappointed in this Company and would not recommend and work was not even done.

  Had a tub leak on my second floor that was coming through to my first floor. Got one of the big plumbing companies in the area to the house first and got charged almost $100 for them to look at the leak and was quoted $1,350 for the repair (this was a weekday btw. Companies charge more for weekend repairs). I called Espenscheid instead and they came out the next day and did the repair for $356.44. You do the math. I will be using these guys for my future plumbing repairs for sure!

  Fred is amazing--he came out and helped me immediately, same day, and assessed the situation. He had his guy there the next morning, and Mike took care of the problem within 90 minutes with minimal damage to the wall where the leaky pipe was found. Prices are great and the service was excellent. Will definitely use them again and again.
