  Stephen arrived on time and was professional. As the cost of cleaning a 14 year old gas hot water heater was substantial with no certain future, I elected to replace it, even though the cost was higher. Stephen and his assistant went to task and they had a new water heater installed within three hours. They hauled away the old one. The work was professionally done and they performed an admirable job. I am quite satisfied.
