They have done work for us several times. Very polite and work is excellent! Would very much Recommend them.

Pretty good at taking calls, but not interested in returning them.  I chose another Plumbing company that is more professional.

We had Erickson come out for a simple leak behind our toilet and also to have the handle/flush mechanism replaced. When I called the schedule an appointment, the person who took the call took my information and scheduled a time. No other information was exchanged at that time.

David, the plumber, called the morning of (it was during the storm/power outage) to tell me their computer system was down and he might have to run and get parts.

David was at our house less than one hour and performed the work in a satisfactory manner. When we got our bill, we were charged for two hours of labor. My husband called Erickson only to be told he'd have to talk to the plumber about the issue (since when do plumbers handle billing issues?). They finally spoke today and David explained that Erickson bills "shop to shop" time. I had never heard of this, nor was it ever explained to us by anyone we spoke to from Erickson. So, we're getting charged AN EXTRA HOUR for their plumbers to go get parts at a local hardware store and the drive to our place. I have never in my life heard of such a thing. So, we paid $95 for a plumber to drive to K&K to get parts and then drive our house. Unbelievable.

Will not recommend this business to anyone.

I'll begin with a positive observation: they appear to do quality work. That's obviously an important consideration for anyone looking to have plumbing work done. That said, I feel their billing practices are borderline unethical. They pad their labor time in a way that grossly inflates the price. I've had other plumbers do similar work for essentially half the price and their work was quality too.

After receiving the bill for this particular job, I'd be reluctant to call them again. Plumbing work is going to be expensive, but Erickson seems intent on making it outright exorbitant. It's unfortunate they seem self-justified about their billing practices.  If you have money to gladly throw away, call them. Otherwise, check around. I can't imagine anyone else would be as expensive.
