  What a horrible experience. They promised me multiple times they were going to show up but never did. 6 weeks later and they blocked our number from calling and still haven't showed. Empty promises

  Hi Kelly, sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We are down to one main person and his phone got crushed at a job and took approx 7 weeks to get a replacement. Envirotech does not block numbers and do try their very best to get to every person. With Covid, it pushed equipment and jobs back. Again, sorry to hear that you are not happy.

  Last night our sump pump wasn't pumping. I called Envirotech and the emergency after hours person was Jeremiah, He was a life saver, he walked me through some trouble shooting and somehow over the phone he knew the float was stuck! AWESOME SERVICE!

  Called and set a time to look at my inop furnace. Didn't make it that day as some prior jobs took longer time which I understand. Set a new time to checkout furnace. A no show and chatted with them and same story. Set another time . Have never had a call answered or message returned back over a weeks time frame. (FIRED)

  Thank you for your comment. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. With Covid, we lost our employee and the equipment delays pushed the jobs back. Also, the addition of natural gas also took effect. With a one person shop at the moment, it is hard to get all the work in. We have been running 6 days a week working past 7pm. Again, sorry to hear of your experience.
