  This is a very dishonest company. They've been servicing my water filtration unit for 4 years. Same tech all 4 years. During the last visit a different tech was sent. After he finished the service, he gave me my bill and I immediately noticed something different. His service fee ($69.50) was $10 less than what I've been paying for the last 4 years and it was stamped, not hand written like the other tech. After he left I found another receipt and it was whited out and $79.50 was written in. I also believe the precious tech continually sabotaged my unit outside because I constantly had issues with it. $10.00 may not sound like a lot but it adds up over a 4 year span. Lastly, I received a call this week from them about my yearly service. When I told him that I would be going with a different company and why, he wasn't surprised at all. His to reply me was "if I change my mind just give us a call". No thank you! Your gig is up with me. I'm done with you
