  Randy came out initially to look at my septic situation. He said he would need a backhoe and promised to come back at a particular time. He didn't show up, didn't call. I called him to complain, and he offered some excuses and promised to come the following weekend. That day arrived. I spent the afternoon waiting. No show. No phone call. I'm going with another service.

  Honestly Randy was awful. he was very hard to get a hold of. Seldom did he return our calls and when he did show up in the winter he brought the wrong drill bit for his auger and stopped the job before even starting, said he would “come back another day” and literally ghosted us. Never came back, never made a follow up appointment to make it right, frankly it was unprofessional and insulting. We were never able to contact him or make a follow up appointment again, so he left our family without any help I would avoid Randy at all costs. -Georgia Vermont.

  I had issues with my septic pump station, I called EnviroTech. At first everything was ok, he gave me a price of $1000 to do what needed to be done, he replaced my pump and and cleaned the tank, stayed for a little while longer to try to figure out why the alarm didn’t sound. Then he left after telling me he would be back the next day to finish…. A couple MONTHS , a few empty promises and phone calls later, he comes back is here for an hour, fixes the issue (a couple bad wire nuts) but charges me $1300 instead of the $1000 he told me it would be.
