  Harry and his team came to our house quickly and did everything thing they could think of to find the source of the clog in our radiant heating system. They found that our tubing was frozen in one section and created enough heat around it to thaw it over 24 hours. They added more antifreeze to the system and recommended adding additional insulation to our walls. They were very curtious and efficient. Highly recommend them for plumbing and heating problems.

  Highly disappointed and frustrated with my overall experience with Harry Flad. While he seems skilled in many areas, which he boasts greatly about, I had a terrible experience. Insisting on payment upfront, he literally took a check and was not seen or heard from for weeks. Difficult to get a hold of and schedule and who did not deliver on overstated promises.. If you use him, which I never will, insist on a very detailed written quote up front, NEVER provide any payment in advance, and check the details of your invoice.

  Sounded irritated that I even called in the first place. I live down the road from them and won't service me due to the type of home I own. We have an emergency and no water or heat. And a toddler to take care of. Will not be calling them again. At least they're one of the 3 contractors to pick up the phone or call me back, even if it was just to tell me no.
