  I did a huge job with them a few years ago. Over 20 thousand dollars worth. They did a great job...... Fast forward to today. I've been calling them for over 5 months for a quote and then NEVER return calls or emails. I remind them that I paid them over 20k in the past and that everything went well. The owner was inviting my wife and I over for a bbq. We had NO problems. Fast forward to today, NO ONE will talk to me AT ALL. I spoke with the book keeper, she promised she would find out why no one is calling, she never called back. I called her back over a week later, she said she didn't call because there was no reason to! She had no information on why no one would get back to me, so she though the best course of action was to ignore me. I'm blown away by the UN-professional attitude they have now. The owner won't even return my emails. There's always time for that no matter how busy someone is. I really thought my 20 grand would buy me come credibility with them. NOPE, I'm just another person they don't want to take any time out for. BTW, The job I wanted them to do was bigger than the first. If that kind of money doesn't motivate a small contractor, nothing will.

  Empire is exceptional, the best experience I've ever had with a plumber/contractor. They showed up on time, worked around a building maintenance issue that was beyond their control, completed a flawless repair, and left the place spotless after they cleaned up. Total professionals. Can't recommend these guys enough- amazing job.

  Empire plumbing is a very responsible company. They do very professional work. They always show up on time and always well stocked with all materials necessary to perform the job..All their employees are very professional and respectful to the privacy of your home. I strongly recommend this company
