  I needed a pipe for my Cheerleaders to run the school flag so I drove up to Empire Pipe & Supply. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Austin a d told him what I needed. He called his team member Devin and they both found me a pipe! They were super nice! Go by and see them!

  I got towed by the apparent "owner" SOB said my insurance agency doesn't cover my tow and he said if I didn't pay him then and there he'd impound my car and charge me more. These crooks deserve to go out of business and put in prison. They lie, cheat and steal from those who have had accidents and are vulnerable. He hasn't charged my insurance company after a month for the tow and I am forced to go through loops to get the money back for the tow. Horrible horrible people, DO NOT TRUST THEM. When you see them come to pick you up I suggest you push your car instead, that or run away.

  My car was totaled on a Monday night, towed to this place, and I wasn't able to get to it until Wednesday. I was traveling with many valuables in my vehicle including a $750 guitar, a laptop, my backpack with iPad and medications. When I arrived to get my car, they had placed my valuables inside the office and had them registered to my car to ensure that I was the only person that could retrieve them. The lady and young man that were at the office were very helpful. I was pleased with this experience.
